Meet our Team

  • Dr. Uchenna Okeke

A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Dr. Okeke spent the first year after graduating living in the UK. She moved to New York in 2008 and worked at a corporate practice in Larchmont until she made the decision to purchase a practice in 2022. She is passionate about all round wellness care for dogs and cats and is an advocate for fear-free handling. When not at work, Dr. Okeke enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and two sons.

  • Dr. Valerie Scott

Dr. Scott founded Veterinary Care of Bedford, where for nearly twenty years she has been dedicated to building relationships with her clients and keeping her patients healthy. When not at work, she enjoys time with her husband and daughter, her dog and cats, long walks, bicycle riding, spending time on the beach, and reading.

  • Emily Badillo LVT

Emily grew up in NYC with early aspirations of becoming a Veterinary Nurse. While working at North Shore Animal League, she earned her B.S in Veterinary Technology from Mercy College. For over 10 years she has worked in general practice, ER & specialty medicine, advocating for each patient. • Cristina Rosen

After working for a family taking care of six dogs and 2 cats, she began her career pursuing her dreams of working with animals full time. With more than seven years of experience in animal hospitals and pet sitting, she is still happy to come to work every day and work with pets.
